Remove users/subscribers from blacklist in phplist
Recently I was having a requirement to send bulk emails. I did some research on the solutions and found that if we do it with normal email server like sendmail, postfix, Zimbra and Open-Xchange then the server ip can be blacklisted and there could be other complications as well.
Finally I found a solution to setup Phplist. This is one of the best solution having great features like Scheduling of email tasks so that IP can not get blacklisted.
I found an issue that some of my subscribers were blacklisted and I could not find a simple way to remove them from blacklist. Finally after some time I managed the solution and now I decided to save your time by sharing the fix:
1. Go to your dashboard http://yourdomain/ip/lists/admin/?page=home
2. Now Click on List and user functions > list all subscribers
3. Here you will see some "subscibers" have orange thumb down in front of them. Click on the email ID.
4. Now Click on "History" button on the page.
5. Now on the History of Subsciber page click on "Subscription" tab. Here you will see the button "Remove Subscriber from Blacklist".
Congratulations you have removed subscriber from blacklist.
